Another Accent nail mani...

But not in the usual way. I really love the ring finger accent nail, but for this mani I did it a little different. I saw someone do this a few weeks ago and thought why not. My accent nails are the pointer and middle finger. Nothing fancy but I like the way it came out. Onto the pictures...

Used: 

Base coat- Palladio- Nail Strengthener

Sinful Colors- Ciao Bella (Blue)

Kissy (Teal) both 3 coats

All topped with Seche Vite 

I wasn't sure if I wanted to post these right away. Seeing as what happened with the Pamphlet from Sinful Colors and all, but seeing that Revlon (who owns sinful colors), has apologized for this, and have said they are putting measures in to prevent this from happening again. Also they are supposed to be contacting the bloggers to rectify the situation, I haven't heard from the bloggers yet but that will take time i'm sure. 

So for now the apology is a good start, honestly I did this mani before I knew what had been done. Don't know I would of used their products if I had known. But oh well I already did, they seem to be trying to make things right. 

Rainbow Favorites Challenge #2- Orange

For today I went with an Untried Orange. So not a favorite at all really but oh well works anyway...

Used: 

Base Coat

Opi- Y'all Coma Back Ya Hear? 2 coats

China Glaze- Luxe and Lush 1 coat

Ring fingers- Icing- Tell Me I'm Awesome 

Then one more thick coat of Y'all Come Back Ya Hear? 

all topped with Seche Vite. 

I was a little worried that this wouldn't dry it was so thick, the top was dry pretty quick due to the Seche Vite but under neath was still squishy. By the next morning it was good to go though. And no sheet marks or anything yay.

Fashionista + Some Like it Haute

I knew I had to have Revon's Fashionista when I saw this picture on Pinterest, I have no idea whose it is. I tried to see where it was pinned from but just takes you to the picture. And without a watermark I'm not sure how to find it. So it anyone knows whose this picture is let me know I'd love to credit and see more of her swatches. I've seen others of this color and it was this one that made me need it.

Anyway on to my pictures, not as perfect but I still enjoyed wearing this.

Base Coat

Revlon- Fashionista 3 thin coats

Accent nail- China Glaze- Some Like it Haute 

Haha I didn't know that some like it haute was in a clear base, this was the first time using this, I bought a few of the 3D eye candy glitters at Sally's awhile ago when they were on clearance, thats actually how I usually get China Glaze unless it's one I really have to have. 

Not much to say about the polish, I don't use Revlon very often so maybe thats why but I really don't like the brush I don't really have a reason not too. Who knows I'm picky lol. Other than the brush it applied well. I did three thin coats but could of easily gotten away with two better coats. 

Also please excuse the mess I did this before having to go to work and just did not have time to clean up.
